Hello -
As per my post title ... I'm trying to figure out why my "Ctrl + Shift + O" shortcut keys are not working.
The "Ctrl + Shift + I" works fine.
I noticed that this seemed to have happened after I upgraded PPro just the other day.
If anybody has run into this issue and/or has a fix for this, please advise. It will be most appreciated!!!
Thanks.

maybe try remapping to something else, like option-x and see if that works. Then maybe try remapping back. Wondering if some other app has grabbed that shortcut... or if the OS has. Might do some exploring in system preferences: keyboard: shortcuts.

Hi Ann -
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately, that did not do the trick. Though that was a very "to the point" description and video. Appreciate that.
As I stated in my original post, the "Ctrl + Shift + I" works just fine. So it is bewildering to me why the "Delete Out Point" keyboard shortcut method does not work ... at least on my computer.
I tripled checked my "O" key in other applications (Notepad, MS Word) and, yes, it does work. As well as my Shift and Control keys.
I must be doing something wrong here.
Oh well, if anybody has any other suggestions ... I'd love to try them.
Thanks.

Hi Mgrenadier -
Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I did ... and the shortcuts are there as they should be (key combinations, etc...).

Thank you again for your reply and suggestion.
I tried deleting it and then adding it back ... but no success. Could the OS or another app have something to do with it?! Mmmm ... maybe. But I didn't want to really get that crazy in researching that route.
So ... I took your suggestion and did a work around. I re-assigned the Clear In/Out/All keys to another function key set ... so it would make sense and be consistent ... at least for my needs.
So far, works well.
Now, I just have to re-train myself a bit on this ... and hopefully no more "gotchas" will arise. Then again, this is PPro ... so I shouldn't hold my breath on that.
Again thank you for your suggestions. Most appreciated.

BTW: ctrl+shift+x clears both in and out at once.
