CUDA render missing

Hi, I am using Premiere Pro CC 2017 and i have a problem.

Lets say i just created a project, at the start i select CUDA rendering (cause' i have a great video card- GTX 750 Ti)

Everything is fine until next day i open the project again, and a screen pop-up appears with Missing Render. Every project i create- the next day (or week)

the render is simply missing!!

I watched tutorials about cuda_supported_cards.txt - yes my videocard is there. Okay let me update the drivers.

Yesterday they were reinstalled- and YAY!! it worked, it WORKED, i was thery hapy i can now select CUDA Render.

Next day (Today) i open premiere pro to continue the project andddddd

cuda render missing, whyyy

i almost cried, please tell me what is wrong.

Also please list your system spec and OS
