damaged Pr project

hi, i have a damaged Pr project - it became quite big - almost 20 mb and it stops in middle of upload - and get stucked. i started the work on PR 2023 a few weeks ago. it then was stuck, i moved to another computer with Pr 2024 and it worked for a day and now it got stuck again. any idea how to fix this?
