Have an issue with our TV series as several dead pixels have been spotted. I know there is a dead pixel tool in Davinci, Wondering if there are any other methods in Premiere or After Effects?
Regards,
George T
I haven't used this, so I can't say if it works, but you may want to give it a go:

P. S. To simplify usage of 139 effects for the other clips from the same camera: select all 139 effects -> Animation -> Save Anination Preset, give it a name, save into User Presets.
Then for the new clip: go to Effects&Presets Find and apply your saved preset.
For the next shoot force the camera to remap the pixels: change camera date to a new in the two months in advance, turn it off, camera will remap the pixels. Turn it on, change the date back. It works on Sony Alpha.

I had some footage with a dead pixel, I tried Dead Pixel Fixer on it, and it worked just like it does on the video, easy-peasy. Cool! 🙂
