Desperately need help. Premiere Sequence not going to Audition correctly

I’m very Confused because I can no longer send premiere sequences to audition. When I am

in premiere and right click a sequence and send to audition. It does a few weird things.

1. It takes forever to load the sequence into audition. It stays stuck on reading the file for 2 hours.

2. Once it finally loads the video playback window in audition shows the read media offline logo

3. Multi track session is blank.

What is going on?

I tried skipping dynamic link all together and tried opening the premiere project in Audition and the same thing happens.

I'm using both adobe premiere cc 2018 and audition cc 2018. I also can't upgrade to 2019 versions because I'm working on a project that won't accept a certain plugin I need.

Thanks,

Hi bryced,

Sorry for your issue. The workflow that you are using for the dynamic link between Premiere and Audition seems fine.

  • I'd like to know if it happens with all the projects?
  • What is the version of both the applications?
  • Try reinstalling the applications.

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi

as stated in my post above I'm using both premiere pro cc 2018 and audition cc 2018. Other projects do the same thing. Doesn't matter how large or small the project file is. I tried reinstalling with no success.
