DV Capture Format not appearing (PLEASE HELP)

I recently updated my MacBook Pro to the Catalina OS. Afterwhich, I was not able to select DV as a capture format, only HDV. I have the most recent version of Premiere. I need to be able to select the DV capture option because I work with film camcorders and have footage that needs to be imported.

Unfortunately no. Even after updating to Premiere Pro 2020 there is still no DV option for me. Can someone please help us?
