Dynamic Link Grey

Dynamic Link is grey out. I want to try to use the replace with after effects composition but it is greyed so i can't anyone got any fixes for it. Am i doing something wrong?

Make sure Ae is installed and of the same version as Premiere.

Ive installed after effects and they are both updated to their newest versions but its still greyed out
