Encore Crashing During DVD Image Build

Explorer ,
Jun 02, 2017 Jun 02, 2017

I am trying to build a DVD Image in Encore and it crashes unexpectedly. I've been building DVDs and BluRays alot and have never had this problem. My video which I exported from Premiere CC 2017 was not transcoded by Encore, it said "Don't Transcode." When I do the regular build option and it is transcoding it crashes the program and when I right click on the asset audio and click transcode now it stalls in the middle of the transcode and crashes the program. Please I need some help!

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

-Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?

What is the exact error message that you see?

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10

-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window

-or Run as Administrator http://forums.adobe.com/thread/969395 to assign FULL Windows permissions may help... (this is NOT the same as using an Administrator account)

-or more on permissions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2293598

I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 1607 and I am using an Admin account. I am using Encore CS6 that I downloaded from the Creative Cloud apps.

I can't give you a screenshot right now, but it just is a Windows White Error box that says that Encore CS6 crashed unexpectedly. I've used Encore for years and never had this issue. I've been using it for weeks to create images to burn old vacation videos to Blu-Ray and DVD and never had an issue till today. It was working yesterday when I built a Blu-Ray Image. This baffles me. Could it be a bad file export from Premiere?

Could it be that my Premiere exported video's file name being long is causing the issue? Here is the filename... Texas San Antonio Alamo Menger Hotel Riverwalk Corpus Christi (May 2009) (DVD)

Could this be an issue? I saw a discussion of this in the forums.
