This is the link for info re using Encore CS6 with CC:

http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/kb/encore-cs6-installed-cc.html

You must install the library separately. I prefer this link to the one they send you to on that page (which is an installer for templates and styles for Encore and Premiere).

http://helpx.adobe.com/encore/using/download-library-content.html

And, the link on that page to the "using" Encore with CC tutorial (Using Encore CS6 with PremierePro CC « DAV's TechTable) is broken. It is here:

Stan, you must be exhausted answering these questions about Encore CS6 and I apologize up front for revisiting the conversation. So I realized that my first question was stupid because I failed to mention that I don't have Encore installed on my PC at all. It was on my previous PC which is now completely out of commission. I remember downloading PPCS6 directly from Adobe's website which is no longer available from my understanding of this thread, after reading it from multiple people including yourself.

So I've downloaded the library file, but I don't have the actual program. Where can I download that please?

And thank you so much in advance.

This is an old thread. And yes, I am old now too!

There was a change about May of 2019 where Adobe limited the number of versions available. At the same time, they removed access to CS6 using a subscription.

You can use Encore now only if you have an old perpetual license. It is no longer available as part of a subscription

If there are any options available to you, you can contact customer care. You can look in your Adobe account to see if you have a license.

--click Order history on the left and then the link to your order that will show on the right
--and finally click the link "Downloads and serial numbers" that will appear
--as always, write the serial number in a text file AND copy that text file and the
---download file(s) to an external drive (or two) to be sure you have what you need
-if you did not buy direct from Adobe via download you must find your original install
--if you have an Education or volume license you MUST use your original media
--the link for an Education or volume license download is not available at all
-if you bought a disc and don't have a drive you will need to buy an external USB drive
-if you bought a download from a 3rd party vendor you will need to contact that vendor
