I get a general error and an osstatus 35. The project looks like it is loaded, then it clears and the and the general error and the osstatus error 35 show up. I tried to start a new small file, but this same error occurs. I have a large Premiere Pro project that I have spent a lot of time on and now I don't know how to get it to the people that are waiting to see it. Please help!

The -35 error is not common. I have notes on a few threads, but none where there was a solution.
How are you creating the encore project?
What version of PR?

I am not sure what you mean. I created the project with an export from Premiere Pro CC. I was able to open the project, before I foolishly updated to Sierra OS. Now I cannot open Encore at all. I deleted it, thinking that I could refresh it, but now I cannot download it all on my MacBook pro. I thought that I could open it on my iMac and that still has the Maverick OS, but that is where I get the general error and the status error. Really discouraged! Thanks

On any of the installs, if you open Encore and create a new project, does Encore open?
Mavericks has the same permissions issues. Was it working on Mavericks before?

First I apologize, it is Yosemite. I can open a new file on my old iMac, but my MacBook Pro could not open the current file and when I tried to reinstall, it the cs6 files got an error that you cannot install cs6 now. So I cannot do anything on my MacBook Pro unless I reinstall a lower os

Sorry; I don't know Macs well enough to suggest anything.
When you say open "a file," are you referring to the .ncor Encore project file? Can you open Encore and select new project?
