Equivalent of Avid navigation in timeline, jump by variable amounts.

I'm wondering if there's something similar in Premiere...

On an Avid timeline I can enter any duration on the numeric keypad (plus 10 frames, plus 30 seconds, minus 5 minutes, etc) and every subsequent time I hit the Enter key, the playhead will jump again by that duration.

Is there a way to make Premiere behave similarly?

You could do it with AutoHotKey if you spend some time on it.

You can also type timecode on the number pad, and use + or - to move from the current position.

You used to be able to select the timecode entry pane by hitting tab, but that's broken currrently.

Sadly not. You can adjust the amount that shift &jog moves the timeline - which with autohotkey or similar you can then use to get a few alternatives.

the simple elegance in Avid of using the enter key to repeat the distance jumped is sorely missed in other NLEs
