Error Code -1609629695 on export & render

I have no periods in any title names, I'm not sure what to do with this. If I change my renderer to "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only", I do not have these errors and can export per usual. But then a lot of my effects can't load or it changes them in a strange way. 

I'm kind of a super baby with Premiere, not sure what to do here at all?
