Just installed the newest version (25) of Premiere Pro. and created a new work project. The project will not export and almost immediately shows an error message: "Error compiling move. Accelerated Renderer Error. Unable to produce frame." It also shows some other specific info regarding when the error occurs. The error code shown is: -1609629695.
Any ideas? I tried to install the previous version to see if I could export it, but because the new project had been created in v25, v24 would not read it. This is not good. This is a work project that I need to render and am now stuck.
Thanks, in advance.
Hi, @davido66195196,
Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums. We're glad to see you here.
The team will need more information to help solve the bug. See, How do I write a bug report? This will help them a lot. Thanks.
Let's try to troubleshoot this problem. I see that you are getting an error dialog box for "Unable to produce frame." Other editors have solved this issue by going to the frame indicated in the dialog box in their timeline and removing any effect there. Try the export once more and
...Hi @davido66195196 ,
Thanks for prividing so much useful information. Are you able to take a screen grab of the error? I'm sorry it's not giving you a timecode. Have you tried using Software Encoding and gotten the same result?
If you create a new project and bring in the media will it render? Also you can try resetting the preferences in Premiere and see if that helps.
Thanks,
Rach

Could you try with some other footage to make sure that there isn't a problem with your current footage?

Thanks for the reply, Kevin.
The only effect that was applied to this footage was one that I use with everything I edit: Lumetri Color. I have never had this problem before I installed the new version. I did completely remove it from the footage and tried re-rendering to no avail.
My next course of action was to completely delete v25 and re-install the most-recent prior version, 24.6.3. I then opened a project I created a few days ago using that version and tried rendering, and had no success with it, either! It's like my editor has gone off the rails!
I have looked to be sure the software for my GPU is up-to-date and appears to be functioning normally. I will try to stop and create the bug report, per the provided template.
This is crazy. I've had almost zero issues with my Adobe Suite, nor with my computer (don't seem to be having any problems with any of my other Adobe applications that I use often - Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition, etc.

By the way, I forgot to mention in my last response that I have also tried rendering (in both versions mentioned) by utilizing the media encoder - again, with no luck.

Issue: Premiere Pro will not render, either directly or via Media Encoder after installing version 25. This issue continues even after un-installing v25 and re-installing previous version (24.6.3).
