Error message when exporting an MP4

Hi all, I have a large project I wanted to export as an mp4 and exported it straight from Premiere.
Came back a while later, and saw this error code message that I haven't seen in any other support
posts on Google. What could be of issue here?

My PC setup is as follows:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core

GPU: Nvidia GeforceGTX 970

Motherboard: ASUS M4a89GTD-Pro/USB3
Memory: 16 GBs DDR3

You may want to view the video during the time of the error to see if there are any technical problems with the video... (Dropped frames etc.) if there is you may be able to temive the problem area.
