Can't help, need information. 

OS/CPU/GPU are standard troubleshooting data and needed in this situation.

Especially since the Nvidia 50 series GPUs are a horrible mess that Nvidia said they'd fix with a driver on September 30, but it was only a gaming driver and did not fix video post issues. 

They've now said October 14.
