Hi Good everyone I am trying to export media with adobe premiere pro 2021 but I keep on getting this error

I am paying for this Sofware via creative cloud I don't think I shall be getting this problem

Yes, you paid for the software, but the audio stock does not come with the subscription that is entirely separate.

How I get about getting the license for this program

You pay for the use of the programs with your CC license, but the use of stock files is a separate licensing fee. For using Stock files, if there's a fee for them, you must pay that to license the use. The same with any other Stock library out there. Now, some of the Adobe Stock files are available for free, and you can sort for that.

But if there's a fee listed, that must be paid to license the use.

I don't see any fees attached to it can you tell me where can I get the license if possible
