Exact video cut : sample not frames

Hey can anybody help me? I am trying to find a way to cut video and audio precise, more exactly then its possible when you cut in one frame. In the menu I adjust the display to show the clip to me in samples, but I cant move the audio and video track in samples. I see that its possible to move the audiotrack in samples, but how can i move audio and video track in samples? I need to do it that exact cause I wanna do a 360° video.

Please help me its urgent!!

A frame is the smallest sample possible for video. You cannot get more precise than that when syncing multiple video clips. If you set timeline to Show Audio Time Units, you can then precisely match two or more audio clips at the sample level (usually 48000 per second).

What equipment will you use to shoot the 360-degree video? For GoPro cameras, there is a method to sync them all together so that the resulting clips will all match up to the frame. Some third-party app out there that I saw online. Maybe it was this - GoPro Official Website - Capture + share your world - Getting Sync'd with Timecode Systems  but I thought there was some other method I read about last year. Search online.

Just did a web search on "how to genlock gopro cameras" and got all kinds of hits, I would start there for solutions (if using GoPro).
