how do i fix this? i've tried deleting the clips from those time stamps and errors still pop up

This error means that there is problem with an effect at your timecode 00:00:18:15.  What effects are you using.  You can fix this issue by putting your effects in the correct order usually by nesting and then add your effect.  Please see this article:  Order of Effects
