Export issues

Hello,

I am trying to export a music video and am on a time crunch! I finsihed the colour grade, happy with how everything looked on my imac screen, exported a H.264, kept sequence settings, did a high bitrate 2 pass. I've attached an image of how half the shots came out, top is on my moniter and bottom is the export. 

Haven't seen this before and I didn't do anything out of the ordinary while colour grading. Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated

Post screenshot export setting.

Might want to go for cbr or vbr1.

Does it show the same wrong color when importing the end file back into Premiere?
