Export looks weird

Using Premier Pro 2020. In the video preview my video looks completely normal, but after exporting it looks very strange. I'm exporting using premier, Match Source High Bitrate, H.264. What am I doing wrong?

In your Project Settings, what renderer are you using? Try OpenCL or Metal or Software, whichever is not selected.
