Export Motion Graphics template - does nothing...

I've been trying to create a lower third in Premiere to use on other projects but I'm hitting a wall.
I have created a lower third with a .ai logo and a rectangle box around it. Text appearing from masks and the whole thing looks great (IMHO) with intro and outro times specified so I can stretch the title if needed later.
Problem is when I go to Graphics > Export Motion Graphics template ... nothing happens.
It's as if I didn't click anything at all.
I have the latest version and want to create the lower thirds like this rather than in AE so I can use the intro and outro timing.
Does anyone have any advice?

Do you mean you get no box for choosing to place it, or nothing that you can find later?

I get nothing... no window/box comes up giving me the options to save somewhere.
I know I've seen this box before when I started doing these when the latest version of CC released so I know what I'm supposed to be seeing...

Huh ... maybe try a reset to saved layout for that workspace?

I have the same problem No help??
I used adobe chat support and they "fixed" the issue by doing something with appdata folder but the same issue appeared 2 days later.

I have not personally been able to repo any problems where choose Export MOGRT does not open the Export MOGRT dialog at all. But I will certainly try it some more and log a bug if I can ever repro it.
If tech support had you do something in the app data folder, it was very likely deleting the MOGRT folder which, as of Pr 12.1 and higher, is here:
(mac) username/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates/
(win) root ://Users/username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Common/Motion Graphics Templates/
Note: the Library dir on mac and AppData dir on win are hidden directories, so you'll need to set your system to show those before trying to find your Local Capsules Dir.
Also note: If you delete that folder you don't have to worry about losing any "factory" mogrts because we install them again for you next time you launch Pr/Ae. However if you exported any of your own mogrts to that folder (which is the default Local directory), you'd better copy those out first before deleting the whole folder.
They may have also had you delete the Media Cache which is in that same Common folder, right next to the MOGRT folder.

As far as I could tell, he (tech support when they mirrored my computer) deleted some sorta duplicate appdata file, and it also erased all my preferences, shortcut keys, MOGRTS I wanted, etc.
As I said, the problem came back 2 days later anyway. My computer recently crashed so I have fresh Windows install and newest PPro updates. All of this as of last Monday. So, it's a "fresh" system and this really should not be happening.
Please help.

Just poked around the Appdata folder ... trying to figure out what "chat" might have done. Nothing pops up as obvious to me. Sigh.
