Export Settings: "export video" box greyed out

Hello there,

I'm hoping that someone would be able to help me with this issue. On a separate project earlier today, I exported audio (.mp3) only. On my current project, now that i'm ready to export, the "export video" box under "Export Settings" is greyed out, unable to be changed. I've attached an image showing the issue. 

I am currently frustrated to the point of tears. I'm hoping that the solution is a simple one that I overlooked. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Mp3 is an audio only format, that is why you don't get any video options. Try changing the Mp3 drop down to H264.

When exported with the settings Richard pointed out and your movie is out of sync.

The footage is most likely variable framerate, convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.
