Hi. My two friends at office have had same problem in last 10 days. When day export the video file (usually mp4 h264) the render result is an empty 1kb file. The problem occures in hardware render on. Whenever the software render op chosen, they can get the video file normally. Their PCs are very good (the "bad" one has i7, RTX3070, 32GB RAM, windows 11)updated regularly, and they were well untill last 10 days. Both has the last versions of Premiere and Media encoder. What is that issue?

The link that Ann shared should be helpful. Check to see if your file name includes special characters such as accents or umlauts. If you remove them, hopefully it will export with Hardware Rendering enabled. Let us know!
Hi. Also thanks to @Ann Bens for reply. My friends take their versions back to 2022 with my advice and they do not live the same problem. I'll tell them that "file name" issue and we can try it.
