Export video glitch and audio sync issues

So the last couple of videos I have uploaded had this exact sync issue I've just linked below. I've spent hours trying to remedy this.

  • Deleted render cache
  • Tried software rendering
  • Tried using handbrake to make FPS and output video size the same as render size and frame rate
  • Tried different encoding types and high, medium and low bitrates

Nothing I do seems to fix it! Sometimes it renders fine and sometimes I get problem sequences like this and I have no idea how to fix it other than re-editing the entire video from scratch! But even then it would probably do same thing as has happened with my other 2 videos.

I have also linked metadata screenshots below of the make source file. I use OBS 2560x1440 at 30 fps (recently changed it to 29.97 to match the DNxHR frame rate to limit future issues). I saw some posts saying it could be variable bitrate but it's constant as seen in the media info screenshot.

I have an Nvidia GTX 1070 8gb with Nvidia latest Studio drivers too if that helps. Not the best card in the world for video rendering but only recently started getting these issues!

This happens whether I export using Premiere itself OR the media encoder tool.

Thanks for help in advance!
