Hello can anyone please help me with this issue

Every time I tried to export a video in mp4, Premiere Pro crash. The whole computer screen freezed and became black. I have 12 GB of ram and 900 GB of storage.

Convert your footage to constant framerate.

Replace your original footage with this and try again.

Also turn off Hardware encoding.

Put all your video assets and project files on a dedicated video drive instead of the bootdrive.
