Exported Video is not playable

I have tried exporting this same video multiple times and everytime it is done I can't seem to play it.

Post screenshot export settings with left tab to output with an image (not black).

Sorry I am not sure exactly what you mean "output with an image (not black).?

The left tab shows a black frame, like to see a non-black frame.

Turn off max render and max depth if checked.

Try CBR instead of VBR2

Try a different video player like VLC or Potplayer.
