Almost getting crazy to export removing the black border in a custom video size.

The custom 600x770 I change with other numbers and it does what he want.

At least this is my understanding.

How can I solve?

You cannot with this new export setting. Crop feature is missing.

Send your file to AME and use the old fashioned export settings.

are you trying to remove the black border? You can go to effects, and type "crop" in the search field and you can crop off the black areas fromyour video, and then you can change your sequence settings height and widght to fit the video dimensions (Sequence>Sequence Settings)

Hope that helps

hmm. did you try restarting Premiere while holding down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Release the Shift-Alt keys or Shift-Option keys when the splash screen appears to clear preferences and plug-in cache.

hope it helps!
