So I have just been exporting small minute or minute 30 long 2k videos, before they used to come out around 500-700mb. I would export them to be 1080 and post them on to Facebook, never had any issues with compression when posting because the files were just the right size. However, recently whenever I export the expected size would be around 700mb but they come out to be 200mb. Ive tried a lot of different export setting, used peoples presets for their exports and every time they are still small. I can not figure out why and was wondering if someone here could help?
I also didn't have this issue before it updated to CC

I’d recommend trying the pre-sets in Media Encoder to see if you have better results.

Like the ones in the drop down menu? I tried the ones that say specifically for Facebook and they still came out rather small

A few questions.
Are there quality issues with the output?
in my experience, complex source content will use more bits.
What is the total duration of the export and file size using the preset above?
Also notice that your source is 29.97 and your output is 24p. Is this important in your workflow?
In the past was this variable different?
