exporting texts

Hello,

I've designed a glassy-text effect that I'd like to import. I'm unsure if it's even possible, but I want to bring it into my project. Is this feasible, and if so, how can I import just the text? You can view the text in the uploaded project.

You will have to import as a sequence.

On a side note:

The sequence is way too big, and you have 2 empty text layers

Might want to add some Gaussian Blur to the second image to give it a more glassy look.

Thank you very much for your help. If you could tell me the steps I need to follow, that would be brilliant. I haven't used the premiere pro before; therefore, it is a bit complicated for me.

Doubel click in the Project window and import project where the glassy text resides.
