If I'm working on the latest version of CC Premier and my team member has After Effects cs6 - What is the best way to transfer the project over to him without losing anything?
This assumes that your source footage and Premiere Pro project file are on an external hard drive and everything needed for the project is in the same folder (with or without sub-folders) or is on SAN storage that each of your can access:

A much, much, much better approach would be to have everyone on your team using the same version of Creative Cloud. With that approach, you import the PR project file directly in the AE project file or select everything in the PR Sequence, right click and choose Replace with After Effect Composition.
