FEATURE REQUESTS NEVER HAPPEN.

Just want to complain a bit.

Why is "ask for a feature request" always the answer. I have ask for many feature requests that were on FCP 7 and these weren't crazy requests just requests so I don't have to do 5 steps on premiere that would be one step on FCP. Never have I seen any of these requests come to light it's always some crazy thing that I might use someday not something I would use everyday.

If just one person filed a certain request then this request is at the bottom of the list.

If more people would request the same thing it moves up the list.

The more the merrier....

Coming soon is a new way to deliver feedback around bugs and feature requests. I think you'll be happier around our communication with you & other customers once this is fully implemented. Thanks for all your concerns. I really hope we can do better for you and others. Stay tuned. Positive changes are coming because we want to do better.

One thing would be great if there is a way to save our requests. sometimes I can't remember if I sent it in before or not. Also if some how they can be marked as read, it's frustrating that I'm taking the time out of my day to put this request in and I don't even know if it was read or not. Just some suggestions.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll wait until we launch this new bug report/feature request tool before I make any promises around how it works. I will definitely keep your thoughts in mind. I think you'll be satisfied.
