Finished product shows opacity when I have given it none.

I am placing one image on top of a background, neither of the images are given opacity except for the fade in at the beginning.

 

In Premiere Pro, there are no signs of the image showing any amount of opacity, however like the subject says, when I export the video (H.264 / 2012 x 1080p) the finished product shows opacity, here are the images:

You can see there is a bit of opacity in the above image (I apologize for the cringe Roblox)

I have Radeon RX560 graphics card if that matters, I'm not very good with computer software and the like, so I apologize for not providing any more computer spec information.

Anyways, if anybody knows a fix or can provide suggestions that would be great, if not that's no biggie, I can use a different image, thank you!

Fixed: I pressed shift + alt while opening the program to trash preferences and stuff. It fixed the problem.
