Premiere is not starting. Not the current Version, not older Versions.
I have two MacStudios here, same iOS, same Premiere, same Versions of everything.
On one, it´s running seamlessly on the other one. Creative Cloud works, Media Encoder works but Premiere Pro doesn not start. It crashed while trying to open it.
And yes, i tried everything i know, and everything i could find in the community. Nothing seem to help and i obviously wonder, why is it working on the other Mac Studio with the exact same configuration.
Oh but is it really exact same. No it it not. Cause the Chip on the one which is working the the Apple M1 Chip. But the other one is not working. That one has a Apple M2 Chip. Might that be a possible reason ?
But more important. What can i do. I am loosing moeny everyday we can´t operate both systems.
Apple M2 Ultra
192 GB
Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)

Hey there,
I wanted to suggest a potential solution to your issue, although I can't guarantee its success. You can try deleting preferences by holding the alt key while starting, then reinstalling PP. This method sometimes resolves glitches or errors related to preferences.
However, please be aware that while this method has worked for some users in the past, it's not a guaranteed fix. If the problem persists even after trying this, it might be worth considering a fresh installation of your operating system for a clean start. This step can help resolve deeper issues that might be causing persistent problems.
Feel free to give it a try, and if you need further assistance or have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help.

I am in the same boat here too. I am running on a Macbook Air M1 2020 (16GB) and since the Sonoma 14.4.1 Premiere Pro crashes after loading the plugins on the splash screen. I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling, performing clean installs, reseting caches but still the problem persists. I have had a remote support session with Adobe, the agent deleted the audio interface as it appears to sometimes be the culprit, removing 3rd party audio plugins but still nothing. Now every Premiere version I have tested even the 23.x ones crash at the same point. Beta apps too. Also After Effects launches but crashes with a DynamicLink Server" error. My case is supposedly being handled by a senior agent but still haven't received a call yet. I hope something comes up.
