Frame.io Login Not Working

I have tried absoulely everything to log into my Frame.io account but each time I add my login creditentials it refreshes the page and asks me to login again. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this: clearing the cache, cookies, opening in an incognito window, restarting my computer--even opening a brand new account with a new email and NOTHING is working. Can someone please help me figure out why I can't get logged into my account? I am a paying customer of Adobe and not being able to log in is preventing me from beinng able to work with my editors and do my job. Please advise, thank you.

Hi John,

 

I have done all of the above, including reaching out to Adobe support. The agent told me they can't help me because frame.io is a free service and the only way to get help was to post a question here. I am a paying customer of Adobe--I don't know why the agent/customer support couldn't help me with an issue I'm having with a free software, but so far no one has been able to help me. I even created a new Frame.io account with a new email and the page is still redirecting back to the login page. My boyfriend tried to create a Frame.io account on a differnt computer with his own login details and had the same problem. I think there is something wrong with your server or software and we're both unable to get past the login page. I'd appreciate any support you can provide--thank you.

Had another user today with a similar issue and the sign-in page with only the username was incorrectly redirecting.
