So let me get this straight. Frame.io promotes V4 as this new and glorious ui.
Yet the final cut pro integration doesn’t work,
The desktop transfer app doesn’t work for MAC,
If I want to make an api connection I have to create an adobe account and make an app through their portal for a connection and its not easy instead of a simple generate api key like everyone else does,
BUT NOW..... im finding out that the V4 Zapier connection doesn’t even work?
YET OUR SUBSCRIPTION PRICES ARE STILL THE EXACT SAME WITH NO ACCESS TO THE ORIGINAL FEATURES AS DESCRIBED FOR ALMOST A YEAR…..
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE ANY OF MY WORKFLOWS THAT I OPERATED ON FOR ALMOST A YEAR, AND ANY WORK AROUND FRAME.IO HAS MADE IT SUPER DIFFICULT.
WHAT IS GOING ON? ITS 2025 WHY WOULD YOU NOT PROPERLY WARN YOUR USERS BEFORE UPGRADING TO A UI THAT WOULD NOT STILL WORK WITH ALL EXISTING FEATURES? AND THEN STILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE US THE SAME DAMN AMOUNT?
THIS IS THE KIND OF STUFF THAT FORCES US TO FIND OTHER SOFTWARE TO USE. LIKE A WHOLE YEAR, ITS 2025, I COULD HAVE BUILT MY OWN FRAME.IO TYPE SOFTWARE BY NOW AND YET YOU CANT INTEGRATE FEATURES THAT WHERE ALREADY THERE BEFORE? WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS SO UNFAIR.
