Frame negros al final o al inicio del clip exportado

Problema: Frame negros al final o al inicio del clip exportado - Cuando termino una nota editada y exporto me deja ya sea un frame negro al inicio o al final dependiendo de que sistema operativo este usando en el momento.

Pasos para reproducir 
- En la línea de tiempo lo normal es marcar In y Out para exportar una nota directo desde premiere o media encoder si es por cola.
 Resultado esperado 
- En export veo que esta en Range: Source In - Out señalado para que solo me exporte la nota o full de la persona.

Resultado real 
-  Me deja un clip exportado con un frame negro al inicio (si estoy en windows) y un frame al final (si estoy en Mac) 

• Versión de Adobe Premiere Pro - Premiere Pro v 25.2.3
• Sistema operativo : Windows Pro 11 - MacOs Monterey 12.7.6
• Versión del controlador de GPU (solo Windows): Nvidia 576.2
• Formato de vídeo -H264 
• La información comparativa nos ayuda a comprender mejor cuándo se produce el problema: 
• ¿Afecta a todos los proyectos o solo a algunos? Todo proyecto y no solo a mi sino que mis compañeros fueron los que me avisaron que tocaba exportar así en la oficina.
• ¿Afecta a los nuevos proyectos?  Cada vez que exporto tengo que correrme dos frames al inicio o dos al final para que no deje el negro
• ¿Cuándo comenzó el problema? Al pasarme a la versión 2025 porque en la 2024 nunca me sucedió

This most often happens because of misunderstanding the actual 'action' of the playhead.

The playhead is always attached to the current frame if 'over' a frame, or to the next frame if it is positioned between frames.

It is never actually  "in between" frames.

So if you go to the end of the clip by say the down arrow, and set the out point, you have actually included one frame past where you probably thought you had set the out point.

So going to the end of the clip, setting an out, will include a frame of black.

So you either simply export the entire sequence without setting in/out, and you get the sequence of video frames, without extra at the end.

If you do set the out point manually, you must be careful where you set it. So either 'go to end' and then tap the left arrow to go back one frame, and set the out, or ... use the keyboard shortcut for "go to last frame" rather than end of frame.

That will stop the playhead on the last frame of video, not past it.

Cordial Saludo, en mis settings de shortcut tengo que haga la selección exacta del fragmento de inicio a fin de la pieza, asi me vaya manualmente al inicio y o al final tengo que dejar dos frames antes, para que no me deje un frame negro. Es un bug que tiene mi premiere y es un malestar para todo el equipo porque todos usan el shorcut directo a seleccionar lo que estamos viendo y se nos pasa mucho.

Ya encontré la solución, habían movido las secuencias 59.94 fps a Drop-Frame Timecode y acá trabajamos Non-Drop-Frame rec 709 eso era lo que me estaba dejando el frame adicional negro.
