Deleted 2017, then couldn't get it back via creative cloud. So copied exe file from another computer, it "worked," but the sizes of the clips in effect controls does not match as  it used to: i.e., size 100 is too large and has to be reduced. 

Sequence settings, preferences... can't change it.

Deleted premiere 2017 (a dumb thing to do) because seems to be no way to get it back thru creative cloud.
