Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem with a current editing project – I've attached the relevant footage.
It involves tracking the person in the frame as they stand up and sit down, and I'm setting two keyframes for this.
However, the image stutters slightly at the beginning and towards the end. I haven't had this problem in previous projects with the same setup; I can't figure out what's different about this file compared to previous ones that could be causing this stuttering.
Restarting didn't help. Does anyone have any ideas? Am I missing something?
Thank you!

Have you tried deleting the Media Cache and Media Cache files?

Hi there,
thanks for replying!
I did, unfortunately that did not help.

Hi there,
Sorry about the issue. Does this still happen if you convert the keyframes to linear (select keyframe > Right-click > Temporal Interpolation > Linear)? Please also share your sequence frame rate and source media frame rate, and mention if you've applied a speed ramp or changed the clip speed.
Thanks,
Ishan

Hi Ishan,
Thank you for replying!
Regarding your first question: I did try out every temporal interpolation, including linear. Unfortunately it still stutters.
Sequence frame rate is 25 fps
Source media frame rate is 24 fps
I just tested adjusting the sequence frame rate to 24 fps, still stuttering. 😞
Also no speed ramp added + clip speed was not changed.

Thanks for all the details! Have you tried nesting the clip before applying the keyframes?
Let us know,
Caroline
