I keep getting this on DJI Mavic 2 Pro footage. Happens with different footage on different days. Not all clips on the card throw up this error, however. Does anyone know why I have this problem?

Premiere 14.3.2

Hopefully you've found an answer to this by now, but if not, check out the similar problem I had:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro/errors-retrieving-frames-in-v14-4-0/m-p/11437802?page=1#...

Ultimately, I had to roll back my graphics card driver to version 26.21.14.4292, or to use the same naming conventions NVIDIA uses on their site, version 442.92. Since your card is a different one in the GeForce series, that might not end up being the version you need, but I thought I'd include that just in case.

I think when Premiere Pro updates, sometimes it ceases to play well with the graphics card driver. I've had other issues along those lines, and finding just the right version of the drivers has helped. Hope this is helpful to you!
