Hi, i need urgent help - premier Pro continues to sho this Frame Substitution Recursion Erorr even though the video files are not corrupt.
It only came up once i went to export it then it came up with all these errors and even when i go to create a new project it does the same thing.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hey man, you should post some details about your system, program version, footage specs, etc. so we can actually try to help you.
A few wild guesses here: VFR footage, some kind of mismatch in sequence/export settings, some flavor of MXF footage not transcoded to Prores?
Have you tried any of the possible solutions found on Google? Which ones? What happened?

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:
