Free Adobe apps until 31st may Not Working - Only prompting for free trial / purchase

I recently installed Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Encoder using my student email via my college Limerick Institute of Technology, as part of the measures offered by Adobe for students working from home.  For the first few days, the apps were working, however now my account is only offering a free trial or to purchase.  Adobe live chat support could not recognise my email, and did not offer any means to provide proof or other info because the email was apparently not linked, despite being visible here:
