Full Video Not Playing Upon Export

I have a ~25min project. Each time I export it the mp4 file shows up as 25min long on my windows media player, etc but only plays for a few seconds before ending/starting over. And then when I uplaod it to google drive, youtube, etc it only plays as a few seconds long. Is it the export file that is getting corrupted, or possibly something having to do with the export settings?

What version of Premiere Pro are you using? What sort of hard drive are you exporting too? What happens when you export as a MOV file? If you have already tried exporting a MOV file and it worked as expected have you tried converting that file to an H264 MP4 for your upload?

Using PP 2022. Exporting to internal hard drive, but i dont think thats the issue because i exported some previous drafts and it worked fine, and there's plenty of space. Haven't tried exporting as MOV yet but will try that next.

Yeah tried exporting as MOV and that didn't work either

Check your sequence in/out points and also the export range in your export settings.
