We are a US company with an Adobe Suite enterprise account.
Others have posted this bug. I'm posting here at the same time as I've let our IT and admin know about the issue, hoping the solution is simpler and faster than waiting for it it to go through channels internally. I used this tool with success in beta! Great addition to the suite. My laptop was just upgraded, the tool is now native, why the sudden bug? One possibility: we also have offices in the UK and Asia. Possible that's locking out this function? Even though I am a US employee with US IP address.

Hey Eric! Sorry about the issue with generative extend!
Did Jamie's info help you out at all? I'm mostly looking at the last caveat he shared.
Some enterprise users, particularly those with a CCE v3 license, don't have Firefly services enabled. Therefore, they will not be able to access Generative Extend.
Let us know if you heard anything from your IT and admin teams. We'll help however we can.
