GLITCH IN PREVIEW AND EXPORT

Hi there, 

I just got a new laptop  (Asus rog strix) and started editing a movie. Now certain shots have a weird flickery glitch, also when exported. See attachment. I tried exporting with only software as I saw in other posts and that it works. But still editing that certain shot is hard, while not seeing it correctly.

The new laptop should meet all the requirements,

Amd Radeon rx 6800m

16gb ram

Amd ryxen 9 5980HX with Radeon graphics (Amd Radeon tm graphics) 

I can bring the laptop back if it's not suitable with Premiere Pro. So I was hoping someone can help me and tell me what causes this problem?

Problem solved after updating the drivers!
