Exactly. Personally, I am sick and tired of having to add my Video Card to the Cuda Supported Cards text, and now, you cannot even do that. All of my drivers are Updated, and I did the newest solution, adding the Cuda Supported Cards text, in the Adobe Folder. And it still does not show the GPU. You're 100% on the money. Instead of fixing things, to make everyone happy, Adobe has an arrogant attitude. For Starters, many thousands of people don't have the tested Cuda Video card, so Adobe makes it so that you cannot use another card that is not on their tested list!!!!! How ridiculous is that??? It is totally sickening. People pay big money for Graphics Cards, and if it is not one that Adobe tested, well, you're out of luck. Anyway, I have to figure a new way around Premiere pro recognizing my Video Card, because it is currently not recognizing it. As I say, instead of making it so every Nvidea card can be used, they make it so it only recognizes the Cards that they tested!!! I'm ready to move over to Davinci resolve Studio any minute now!!!

Which card do you have? Is that a desktop or laptop?

Barryjedmonton,
Sorry. Don't just update drivers, try a clean reinstallation of GPU drivers.

There hasn't been a white list for GPUs for several versions of Premiere Pro. Version 7 was the last one, I think. Creating a new white list does absolutely nothing to assist this situation, so don't bother wasting your time with that going forward. As for as your issue: It's all about finding the correct drivers for your GPU. A clean reinstallation of those drivers can really solve the issue.
Thanks,
Kevin
