At my wits end. Been working on various projects for my work for the last 3 months now and all of them feature green glitch effects that cover the image. Initially this was just in the exported file, but after the latest Premiere Pro update, it's also showing up on the clips themselves in the timeline. I've tried deleting the Media Cache folders, converting the original files (they were .mov, now .mp4), playing around with timeline settings, nothing works. And after the latest software update, I've no longer been able export anything as H.264, it presents the pop-up attached below. If it's a footage problem then it's a lot of footage shot in a variety of different ways (camera, phone, zoom) plagued by this. If it's a software problem, I can't think of any more options. Any and all suggestions will be hugely appreciated.

Hi Fiona22070271ldeq!
Sorry about the issue. Could you try switching to Software Encoding instead of Hardware Encoding in the Export Setting > Video tab > Encoding Settings and export.
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

Hi, that's worked on the exporting front, thank you very much for that.
Still don't know what to do about the footage, it's presenting itself green and glitchy still at different intervals. I don't think the footage is corrupt because separate footage shot separately has the same issue. Any suggestions on that front?
