Having trouble with small red dots on my Preview window

Hey guys, 

 

so I recently bought Premier Pro ( earlier I had it cracked lol ) and suddenly I am experiencing some issues with tiny red dots on my Video preview window and my other window where I can watch the clips and edit it, I have no idea where they come from its the first time I am experiencing this and I've been searching all over the internet and other forums for help but I couldnt find any. Maybe some of you guys can help me fix this problem 🙂

( you can see 2 dots on the bottom right and 1 dot at like top middle area)  

really no idea what this is 😄

    yea I rewatched my footage and apparently it was the camera, I just didnt noticed until now haha
