Hi lotfe nedal,

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please confirm the version of Premiere Pro that you are using, the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM) & the specifications of the media files you are working with (format, codec, frame rate & frame size)? Are you also experiencing lag with scrubbing or playback in the source monitor?
