Help, Where is text panel?

Someday my text panel is dissapealed.

ofcourse I already tried reset to saved layout and directlly click 'Text' in window tab.

When I try to use captions, uxp panel is appealed instead of text panel.

Somebody know about this issue?

Please help and rely.

self answer.

when i re-open premiere program while click alt+shift then it would be plug-ins and preference reset.
and then all my problem was solved
