Help with MXF Export with 8 channel audio

I need to send clips with the following settings, can someone please help me out on the best way to do this.  

 

50Mbps XDCam-HD mxf with 8 channels audio, 1080i 29.97/59.94

-channel 1,2 left/right stereo

-channel 3,4 Duplicate of 1,2

-channel 5,6,7,8 blank

I would create a sequence with an  8 channel master and then set the track audio to op 1 and 2, 3 and 4.

If you have more than one stereo track of audio it might be worth sending them all to a stereo submix track and then sending that submix to the main outputs.

Still slighty confused on which video setting to choose when creating the sequence or exporting for the specs needed.  Can someone please help me with that?

If you mean sequence setting option ... start with something of the same framesize, but customize it to fit. Then save as a preset named so you know what it is. Then you can select that to create a new sequence.
